1. Acceptance
By creating a MatchFlow account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
MatchFlow is a padel coordination app. We let organisers run weekly groups, manage RSVPs, generate balanced courts, score matches, and track player levels. The service is provided "as is" — see the warranty section below.
3. Eligibility
You must be 16 or older to use MatchFlow. If you're under 18 you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed on your behalf.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away (hello@playmatchflow.com) if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or stalk other members
- Misrepresent your identity or your skill level in a way that disadvantages other players
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or replicate the matching engine
- Use the service to organise activities that breach local law or your club's policies
- Resell access to the service without our written permission
6. Group organisers
If you create a group, you decide who's a member. We give you tools (approve, reject, remove, level overrides) but the responsibility for the group's standards rests with you. We may remove a group from the service if it's used to facilitate behaviour that breaches these terms or local law.
7. Beta status
MatchFlow is currently in private beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We may add tester limits, reset data, or end the beta. We'll give reasonable notice for anything that affects existing accounts materially.
8. Intellectual property
The MatchFlow name, logo, software, matching engine, and content are owned by [OPERATING ENTITY — confirm]. Your content (your games, your scores, your photos) remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it inside the service to other members of your groups for as long as your account exists.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms other members.
10. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" with no express warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where the law doesn't allow that exclusion.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If we change them materially we'll email account holders with at least 30 days' notice before the new version takes effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [PORTUGAL / IRELAND — confirm jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [CITY — confirm].
