Seven MatchFlow bands across a 0–7 scale: Beginner (0–1) · Lower Intermediate (2) · Intermediate (3) · Upper Intermediate (4) · Advanced (5) · Elite (6) · Pro (7). Aligned to the Portuguese FPP brackets (M6 → M1) and compatible with the international 0–7 rating standard.
